Extreme eyelid reconstruction is SISUN Plastic Surgery's scar reconstruction procedure that simultaneously improves
hook-shaped inner-corner indentation scars caused by previous incorrect medial epicanthoplasty,
the resulting out-fold double eyelids, depressed scars visible when the eyes are closed,
and thick, sausage-like double eyelids.

The most common type of extreme-eye case is a patient who has both
sausage-like double eyelids and inner-corner problems at the same time.
