Permanent Lower Eyelid Surgery

The patient wanted a rounder, larger, and softer eye shape.

We expanded the outer eye area with lateral canthoplasty and lower eyelid surgery,
creating the effect of a lowered outer corner and a softer eye shape.

The white area at the outer corner was very narrow,
and the outer eye corner was upturned.

To open the outer corner as much as possible,
we performed lateral canthoplasty with lower eyelid surgery.
Even without additional procedures, the eyes became larger and the outer corners lowered.

Both the inner and outer corners were closed,
and the near-hidden double eyelid line made the eyes look stuffy.

We expanded the outer corners with lateral canthoplasty and lower eyelid surgery,
then added upper epicanthoplasty and buried-suture double eyelid surgery
to create a clear in-out double eyelid line.

The eyes were not especially small,
but the white area at the outer corners was limited, making them look stuffy.

to lower the outer corners.

We performed lower eyelid surgery, pulling the lower eyelid at a 45-degree angle
to make the raised outer corners appear as lowered as possible.

Compared with the horizontal length, the vertical eye height was short,
giving the eyes a sleepy appearance.

By expanding the outer white area with lateral canthoplasty and lower eyelid surgery,
the eye shape became clearer and the sleepy-looking eyelids were corrected.

Because the pupils were partly covered by the eyelids,
the vertical eye height looked short and the overall eye shape looked stuffy.

We expanded the outer corners with lateral canthoplasty and lower eyelid surgery,
and lifted the eyelids with non-incisional ptosis correction,
creating a more refreshed eye shape.

The double eyelid line and lacrimal lake exposure were already balanced,
but the patient wanted wider, longer-looking eyes.

to maximize the eye-opening effect.

The patient wanted lower eyelid surgery to create a gentle wave-like curve,
so we planned the surgery within a range that would avoid three-white eyes.

Through lateral canthoplasty and lower eyelid surgery,
we opened the eyes as much as possible and created the wave-like lower eyelid curve the patient wanted.

The horizontal eye length was short compared with the vertical height,
and the outer corners were upturned.
