Both are surgeries to lift drooping eyelids, but the incision location is different. Upper blepharoplasty incises the eyelid, while brow lift incises directly below the eyebrow.
Since the incision is made along the line below the eyebrow, scarring is barely visible. Also, rather than incising the entire eyebrow line, only the end portion is minimally incised, so it heals to a nearly invisible state within about a week.
