    V-Line
Preserve the volume you need while removing unnecessary fat.
After performing three-dimensional liposuction and lifting with thread lifting,
you can achieve a more sculpted, refined facial shape from every angle.
  • Facial Liposuction
For facial fat, it is important not to remove too much,
but to remove only the unnecessary fat evenly.

By effectively removing fat according to each area, such as the full face, cheeks, deep cheek fat, and double chin,
we restore a balanced facial contour.
A cannula is inserted through tiny entry points,
so scarring and swelling from incisions are minimal.
It is also especially effective because it reduces the thickness
of the subcutaneous fat layer, which makes up most unwanted facial tissue.
  • Thread Lifting
A procedure that improves facial wrinkles and sagging cheeks
by inserting lifting threads into the face and pulling upward.

With only a minimal 3 mm incision, visible scarring is not a concern.
Using threads with strong fixation, not only sagging skin but also deeper support layers
can be lifted to improve both effect and longevity.
It also promotes cell regeneration and collagen production,
helping create firmer, more youthful skin.
Among the many types of lifting threads, the most suitable type can be selected for each individual,
    leading to more satisfying results,
and the treatment is effective not only for middle-aged patients but also for those in their 20s and 30s.
Facial Liposuction + Thread Lifting Candidates
  • When cheek fat and chin fat
    make the face
    look larger

  • When a double chin makes the jawline
    look less defined

  • When aging has caused
    skin sagging,
    muscle laxity,
    and weight gain

  • When facial fullness and contour
    are a concern,
    but bone reduction surgery
    feels burdensome

  • When skin sagging remains
    after contouring surgery

SISUN Facial Liposuction POINT
  • Collect a High Ratio of Pure Fat Only

To effectively reveal the hidden facial contour,
we keep the ratio of blood and fluid low
and extract only the pure fat
that needs to be removed from the face.

  • Use of a Micro Cannula

Unlike a typical injection needle, the entry tip is
rounded and thin, minimizing damage to skin tissue.
As a result, bruising and swelling are reduced, recovery is faster,
and both the result and safety profile are more natural.

SISUN Thread Lifting POINT
  • Long-Lasting Results, Maximum Effect

By lifting the SMAS layer, one of the main causes of sagging,
along with the skin layer, it is effective for improving elasticity and wrinkles
    while creating a natural V-line.
The procedure is designed as a long-lasting,
    semi-permanent lifting treatment.

  • Minimal Incision, Quick Recovery

With a minimal 3 mm incision, scars are barely visible,
and the short procedure time allows for faster recovery.
It improves skin elasticity and tone
    in a subtle, natural-looking way.

Thread Lifting Types

Features A very sturdy 180° bidirectional thread with excellent holding power for skin tissue. It can be used without major incision, so there is no stitch removal and scarring is minimal. A medical thread that dissolves in the body.It is manufactured with a special molded process and features 360° barbs, providing strong fixation and durability. It is a safe product approved by both the FDA and the Korean MFDS for facial tissue fixation. Because it is similar to human tissue, foreign-body reactions are minimal, and its strong elasticity allows natural skin movement. Its high tensile strength makes it highly effective for wrinkle improvement, and it lasts more than three times longer than conventional threads.Because it has no barbs, there is no side effect of the thread becoming visible or palpable after treatment.

Facial Liposuction
Q. Won't facial liposuction make the face look uneven?
If surgery is performed incorrectly, facial unevenness can occur as a side effect.
Facial liposuction requires delicate technique and precise anatomical understanding
to remove only the unnecessary subcutaneous fat,
and extensive surgical experience helps reduce the likelihood of this complication.
Q. Will scars on the face be noticeable?
Because the procedure does not require large incisions in visible parts of the face,
and only very small entry points are needed for the cannula, visible facial scars are not a concern.
These tiny entry points are also placed below the sideburn area and under the chin, so they are hard to see.
Q. If I gain weight after liposuction, will my face go back to the way it was before?
If you gain weight after liposuction, the result may look less dramatic than it did right after surgery.
However, the mechanism is different. Facial liposuction reduces the number of fat cells,
so gaining weight does not recreate new fat cells or increase their number.
If the face appears fuller afterward, it is because the remaining fat cells have enlarged.
That is why consistent aftercare and weight management are recommended to maintain the result.
