Multiple eyelid creases usually occur in prominent eyes when the eyelids are thin and there is little fat around the eyes,
causing the tissue to lose elasticity and form multiple fold lines.
This can make the eyes look sleepy or older, so the exact cause must be identified
and corrected with the appropriate surgical method.
