Personal Information Collected and Purposes of Use

• Name, address, contact details and health information: used to provide personalized patient administration services for clinic services and medical assessment.
• Email address, contact details and before-and-after photographs: used to deliver news and notices, report treatment progress, and provide tailored promotional content.

Retention and Use Periods

SISUN Plastic Surgery retains collected personal information only for the statutory medical-information retention period stated in this policy (five years), after which it is deleted from the database. If the person who provided the information requests its deletion, it is deleted immediately.

• Records concerning consumer complaints or dispute resolution: three years (Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Etc.).
• Records concerning the collection, processing and use of credit information: three years (Credit Information Use and Protection Act).
• Identity verification records: two years (Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, Etc.).

Right to Refuse Consent and Consequences

You have the right to refuse consent to the provision of personal information, without disadvantage. However, you will not be able to receive treatment-related information services.

Personal information will not be used for purposes other than those to which you have consented. If you wish to refuse the use of information you have provided, you may request access, correction or deletion through the person responsible for personal information management.

The consent statement in the Korean policy reads: “In accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act and other applicable laws, I consent to the collection and use of my personal information as described above.”

Changing or Deleting Social Login Account Information

Anyone with a registered social login account may review, update, correct or delete personally identifiable information (PII) in their registered profile by signing in and changing the “End User Preferences” associated with their account.

Archived copies of records may be retained for social login where required by law or legitimate business purposes. To request deletion of your PII associated with social login, please email sisun.pr@gmail.com.
