raising the crease through double eyelid revision. In such cases,

Endoscopic Forehead Lift (Day 9)

9 days after surgery.
Bruising remains on the (photo) left eye, but generally
the recovery speed of an Endoscopic Forehead Lift
is considerably faster than typical double eyelid surgery.
By pulling the skin upward through the Endoscopic Forehead Lift,
the distance between the eyes and eyebrows increased,
and the double eyelid crease naturally became higher.

Endoscopic Forehead Lift (Day 9)

Let's look at the forehead and eyes together.
The same effect as double eyelid surgery was achieved without the actual procedure,
and the entire face was lifted through the Endoscopic Forehead Lift.

The signs of aging that appear with age vary from person to person,

5 weeks after surgery.
Upper Epicanthoplasty lifted the upper eyelid around the 45-degree angle,
softening the previously pointed inner corner.
Lateral Canthoplasty Reconstruction widened the lower outer corner,
and, combined with Lower Eyelid Surgery, transformed the sharp triangular eye shape
into a softer, gentler appearance.

Case 2. Double-Eyelid Surgery + Ptosis Correction + Upper Epicanthoplasty + Eyelid Fat Grafting

This is a typical case of small, constricted eyes in a mature patient.
In the left eye shown in the photo, the eyelid had drooped over the crease,
while the right upper eyelid had lost volume,
creating a sunken appearance.

2 months after surgery.
Small, constricted eyes are often treated by opening both the inner and outer corners,
but because the patient wanted a minimal approach,
only Upper Epicanthoplasty was performed.
Upper Epicanthoplasty lifted the upper eyelid around the 45-degree angle
to create a rounded arch shape,
and Incisional Ptosis Correction removed the drooping eyelid tissue. Eyelid Fat Grafting
restored volume to the deeply sunken upper eyelid.

Case 3. Double-Eyelid Surgery + Ptosis Correction + Upper Epicanthoplasty (Revision) + Lateral Canthoplasty Reconstruction (Revision)

A triangular eye shape with raised outer corners and a hook-shaped inner corner.
The eyelid skin that lost its elasticity was pulled downward
by the epicanthal fold tension, creating multiple eyelid creases.
In such cases, performing combined surgery rather than simple double eyelid surgery alone
can achieve higher satisfaction.

3 months after surgery.
Non-incisional Ptosis Correction was performed,
with Upper Epicanthoplasty added to correct the hook-shaped eyes and multiple creases,
and Lower Eyelid Surgery and Lateral Canthoplasty Reconstruction were additionally performed
to transform the triangular eyes into soft crescent-shaped eyes.

Not only does the eye shape become distorted,
but the biggest issue is eye health. If sagging eyelids are left untreated,
symptoms such as corneal damage from eyelash irritation, obstructed vision, decreased eyesight,
and skin irritation from tear discharge can occur and worsen over time.
